- At our age he didn't know what he was going to do for the rest of his life
- he has 3 other partners with him in the spa
- you have to be passionate about what you're doing
- the staff should be passionate too
- find a way to be the best
- it takes 2 and a half years for their new spas to become profitable
- choose your partner and make sure you actually like them
- gotta love your product
- love your employees
